When I’m active, I seem to rather gain than lose weight. This is so annoying.

Lihat Kalender Diet, 11 September 2023:
1007 kkal Lemak: 42,19g | Prot: 39,96g | Karb: 122,42g.   Makan Pagi: Guavas , Strawberries , PnP Double Cream Yoghurt Plain. Makan Siang: Fried Egg without Fat, Lifestyle Food Brown Rice Cakes (Unsalted). Makan Malam: Bananas , PnP Double Cream Yoghurt Plain, Greek Salad. Camilan/Lainnya: Bananas . lagi...

I tend to feel the same, I agree, most frustrating… 😩but I’m gonna hang in there, until I have my eating under better control🫣

Oh! This happens to me all the time! I’ve read a lot about it, and it’s a combination of 2 things. Muscle and water weight caused by inflammation. Don’t fret it thought - it’ll come down eventually if you are consistent 🤍💚

I don’t think it is muscle. It’s not like I’m exercising. Just active in the sense that I’m cleaning house and work in the garden and running around doing some chores. Could be inflammation and water. Not sure but I will persevere. I’m desperate to lose the weight. Thanks for everyone for your comments.
