I'm afraid I too must come back to reality but for me it was not the eating but the drinking that I will have to make up for. I drink two four packs this weekend of Bourbon barrel stout beers and they don't come cheap when it comes to calories so as you said back to the old grind. Good luck to you!

Yeah messed up here too. Especially too much alcohol (which I had been totally avoiding) and desserts. I made a healthy dinner tonight and I’m back to business now. That’s enough goofing off!

Leah yes I also drank alcohol and it was mostly mixed drink I don't really like beer for even more calories and sugar

Good job getting back to it! I tried to eat decent of just protein and veggies of zero calorie drink but it was more salt and oil than I was used to. And for some reason it was off enough that these last few days have been hard to get back to it! Mentally. Don't know why... 🤷🏼♀️ So today I'm gonna try to get back to eating more strict too!
