Omg yes I first wake up the scale read 328.6 but I was a little bit early for the weigh in so I waited and then weighed in at 6:30 like I always do and it was down to 327.4 thank God. I still have bloating from eating way too much sodium all week long. But will be trying to get back to normal starting today..
