The late night munchie monster got me last night. I just couldn't resist. Plus I got a call from my boyfriend who works away 10 days at a time that him and a crew member got into a physical fight and I was really concerned for his job and safety last night. So as I normally do I got emotional and wanted cheese and crackers at 11pm. That must have done it because I worked my ass off yesterday. Did 2 hours of aerobics, 30 min yoga, 20 min strength training. So I am not sure the eating at 11pm could have caused me to gain after burning more than 1900 calories after intake??? sooooo very frustrated and my man comes home this weekend, and this is where my diet usually suffers. But after that number this morning I will strive to do my best over the next 5 days.

feeling like I am coming down with a cold, so not sure how much workout I'll get in today, but I'll keep close eye on what I eat.

You gotta get rid of the things that you know are you weakness. For me, that's pretty much any kind of flavored tortilla chips. I don't keep them in the house because I know I'll eat them all. Also maybe your muscles are a little flared up with all the working out you did. Sodium, eating late, etc. all lead to gains. Just drink a lot of water today and you should be fine. Keep the calories low.

Don't keep the stuff in your place that calls your name late at night. Try to keep fruit and veggies for those times. But don't beat yourself up, we all have time like this. I agree totally with FakePlastic, drink a lot of water and you will be fine. I did get your request to be my buddy and you are now on my list of buddies. :-)
