On weekend's depending on how I feel & my workout I been eating once to twice a day. Hmm wondering if that's why my weight is off balance. So this weekend I'll try to eat 3 meals 8 cups of water & a hr of cardio.

84,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 12,5 kg.    Sisa: 3,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
