I attended the weekly 5:30 a.m. circuit training class this morning... 2nd week in a row... trying to get my "girlish" figure back from the undocumented weight I've gained... :( Last week was bad for my inner thighs to the point I couldn't tie my shoes on Friday morning... this Friday I expect I won't be able to comb or brush my hair. I won't be able to lift my arms high enough to do so...

So, can someone remind me why I do this... remind me how this can be a good thing?

I'm in the same boat! Fell off the wagon pretty hard, so I signed up for a crossfit on ramp program and had my first class last week. I'm pretty sure I almost didn't make it through the workout. I have another class tomorrow so hopefully I'll survive! Good luck!!

Hmmm, why do we do this? I think it's probably some type of mental disorder ;) "girlish figure" lol, you crack me up. I know you can get back to goal because you have continuously pushed me to do so myself. If you talk the talk then you have to walk the walk, so go strut your stuff! Have a great day, and good job on the a.m. workouts!!

Maybe you should just stick to your normal workout Mike and not torture yourself.

I'm with HCB. I started with the idea that it's good for me. Then I kind of fell in love with it. It's one of my rituals now. The key, of course, is consistency. Check todays journal for the consequences of not being consistent.
