Last year I made a post that talked about losing weight slow and steady. At the time I was losing 1kg a month.
Well those have added up and I’m approaching 20kgs really soon.
Don’t rush to the finish line. Enjoy the journey.

Well done; Its been 3 months of exercising 5 days a week and my scale has not shown any improvement at all. I have decided to be conscious now about what I eat and see if there will be any improvement. Feeling a bit discouraged right now but seeing your post gives me hope.
