Full second day of Medifast under my belt (no pun intended). Ready to call it a day. Could live without the French Vanilla and orange shakes. The Dutch Chocolate is good, though. Made a nice dinner, and don't feel deprived, even though it comes out to under 900 calories. I have sugar-free Jello made for a back-up, if I need one. So far, all is well.
