Well, I'm only down a couple of pounds from when I restarted...but at least I'm headed in the right direction.🌻 Still finding it difficult to log everything like I used to and especially challenged to not eat constantly while watching TV in the evenings with hubby. I'm trying to snack 'wisely' or at least 'wisER' than I have been. 😜
However, I'm doing much better about exercising! Nothing too drastic, but for myself, consistency is a huge win! Since I started using the AARP Senior Planet app and actually putting fitness classes on my Google calendar and reminders on my SmartWatch, I'm happy to say that I'm feeling more limber, energetic, strong and energized. WHOOOOOOP!
