What are those sauces? I was looking for some recipes today and nothing really looked great in my keto/low carb search. I gave up and just had some beef soup. I'm so lazy.

The dark one on the left is a salsa verde-roja. The light green on the bottom is an avocado crema. The shrimp are done in a spicy sauce, and I used the crema with the slaw.
