Just had a panic attack, this is all too much for me. I am thinking of taking a break from here, but maybe not as I do get comfort from writing journal entries. I wanted to go for a walk but I am not allowed to go by myself at this time. So I asked my mum and she doesn't want to. I haven't even got any energy to do anything anymore. I will just have to accept the fact that I am not going to lose any weight and that I will probably gain weight. As a teenager, I just feel so much pressure to be perfect.

I know that feeling. I hope you find some hope in your situation soon. A few years ago I couldn’t go out alone and I would play phone games or go on social media and walk around inside my apartment. Was it weird at first? Yes, but it kept me moving and some movement is better than none for me because no movement spirals pretty quickly into giving up.

Don't focus on the scale. Just eat healthy foods. Eat 1g/lb of body weight in protein each day, lift weights and focus on getting strong and you will see your body composition change and you'll be in a healthier place. I know this is a mental health condition you have and you have to go through therapy for this and until you get help, we can give all the advise we want, but unless you get professional help, you won't listen. Just try to focus on what the therapist tells you and try to put it in your head that you want to get better

CHAIR EXERCISE IS A GOOD WAY TO GET EXERCISE IN, WALKING IN PLACE, YOGA. TONS OF THINGS TO GET INFO ON YOUTUBE, SEARCH FOR INDOOR EXERCISE. IT IS BETTER THAN NOTHING AND IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR DOING SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF.

If you have your own room, you can close the door listen to music and just dance around. It’s amazing how many calories just dancing around burns. Plus just cleaning or showering burns calories. Even cooking. Just moving a little. If you want to just relax laying on the bed Or floor with your legs up the wall for 15-25 minutes has a lot of health benefits.
