Tour done -> next goal.

Yesterday was the last day of the tour, and i can tell you i finished it, and am tired. But life goes on, so my kid, household, work, husband are all pulling on me or their lack of attention...

Next goal is to lose another 10 kilo before 2016. my startweight is a whopping 90.7 but i really want to be under the 80 by then! So i pulled out my old diet, 1500 kcal max. easy on sports to reduce hunger-pangs. (easy means for me one hour a day at least, but no more then three (*lol*))


the goal after that will be to train for the tour next year, but to keep weight at 80.

i got my challenge cut out for me. Now it is time to fight for it!
