This time, I mean it!
I have started "Biggest Loser"-esque challenge locally. With my wife, and my team counting on me, I am now recommitting myself to my weight loss.
At my last doctor's appointment I was at 239. 85lbs down. I want to lose 40 more.
At the end I will post a new picture.
