Hi everyone,
Well, a week into this new journey & I am cautiously optimistic. I’m really enjoying this app. & find this wonderful community so inspiring!
I’ve never liked counting calories before, but this is different.
I went to Aquafit yesterday & feel pleased that I stepped out of my comfort zone. 😄💦

Lihat Kalender Diet, 18 Juli 2023:
1135 kkal Lemak: 31,22g | Prot: 77,15g | Karb: 137,53g.   Makan Pagi: Coffee, Tomatoes, Compliments Unsalted Butter, Toasted Bread, Fried Egg. Makan Siang: Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Beets (Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Bob's Red Mill Farro, Tuna in Water (Canned). Makan Malam: Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), No Name 2% Cottage Cheese, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten). Camilan/Lainnya: Liberte Kefir Plain, Peaches , Bananas . lagi...
