how encouraging to have lost more weight. I was frustrated about this tingling in my extremities. I fear its from a loss of a nutrient through sweat. I worry it might be an important nutrient. I forgot to tell them that sometimes my energy just feels zapped! I have to read that book more. it's been a long time since I've been this weight.
