Not really sure how to classify my exercise for the next day. We're helping my sister in law move into her new house.

Well you will burn a huge amount of calories. But you may also find your muscles very sore. So if you weigh in with sore muscles, be prepared to see a temporary gain from the muscles retaining water to help them heal. If it does, don't worry about, the scale will go down and then some. It's when people order pizza and beer to "thank" you for helping that you run in to problems, lol! Good luck!
