The day before the "Grand Départ : Utrecht"
You have not heard from me in a while and that is because i was training hard (almost 5 hours a day) according to the VO2-test i have improved my health substantially: VO2 max increased from 35.6 to 40.4! I am about to set out to the gym for a light hour run. And tomorrow the real challenge will begin. since it is extremely hot in holland i will ride the timetrial at 6 o'clock in the morning. My challenge is to ride half the distance the tourriders have to ride, so that means only 6.75 km. I should be able to finish within 15 minutes (*lol*) I am ready for my challenge, bring it on!!!
