It's getting colder... and I am getting older.. it's always like that, I always feel my b-day coming with the fall and new fresh weather when school starts... 1.5 weeks until I turn 24... wow, time flies!
Today it is extremely busy at work, I sort of like it, however there is a lot of pressure and it gets challenging. I can do this! ;)
Hmm my weight went a bit too high, however in the 2 past days I consumed a very low amount of calories (under 1000kcal) and I am sure that it will go down again. I am a bit disappointed in myself for the lack of exercise, I will do something tonight, no matter what, even if it is only 100 or 200 crunches, I have to start somewhere!

I have a goal to reach my first goal of 140lbs on Sept. 1st, I will need to exercise to make that happen... and also I will change my goal weight to 135lbs on sept. 1st. When I see that there is more to go after I might get more motivated and actually do something about it!
