Scale down again this morning, 178.2, happy feet! As Info would say ... simple math prevails! I've kept it down calorie wise the last couple of days and have kept up on the exercise. It is paying off.
Yesterday a family I visit gave me a box full of produce from their garden! Two kinds of squash, carrots, two kinds of potatoes, a cucumber, and a few tomatoes!! I cooked up some of the zucchini last night with dinner ... it was delicious! And of course I sliced up some tomatoes too ... they won't last long around this house! I need healthy squash ideas .... bring them on!! Some of the zucchini are HUGE.
Nothing exciting on the forefront this morning ... simply work. I think I have the morning free to work on an evaluation report and then visits this afternoon to families. Another day ... another opportunity to shine. I can feel Fall in the air ... the days are getting shorter, it is cooler at night, darker in the morning and I want to sleep!!!! LOL!! But duty calls.
So here is to all of us, together & separately, continuing to place one foot in front of the other in our respective journeys. Have a decent day ... be kind to yourselves ... and while there may be joy in the destination there is also joy in the journey and the journey never ends!
