Well I plan to start walking a mile a day, it will have to be in my house while the baby naps so i walked the circle around my kitchen, dinning and living room. and mixed it in with running up stairs walking a circle around my room then running back down. Didn't realize how out of shape I am! Boy am I winded!

Good for you! Check out Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away The Pounds" video workouts. You can do it when baby is sleeping. Any activity is better than no activity.
