Hey everyone... i've been pretty sick over the last two days and have missed you guys. I've barely eaten 300 calories COMBINED over the last two days. Ugh. I hope it doesn't stall my progress :(

I too.. lost 125 lbs and gained all but 30 back.. on the way down again. Took me a couple of years to flip the switch... but it's flipped. Two weeks in.. here's to answering and settling the question of "why".

Yes - I suspect maintenance is quite difficult as we are trying to moderate our choices.
