Thought I'd recorded something earlier - so 2 meals today. Mornings are hard to get started.

I try to not think of the long-term goal much.
What counts for me is what I do daily. - Like way too low on calories, too few meals today - since I don't want to eat too close to bedtime.

My goal is to try to get lower on carbs, but from where I started - this is good for me.
