It's taken 10 days to lose 1/2 pound which realistically has been a struggle. After months of focusing on meal planning and exercise, the doldrums have once again reappeared as I've been down this familiar road many times. What will be different this time to not slip back into old poor eating and drinking habits? I'm trying to stay optimistic.
75,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,8 kg.    Sisa: 2,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

1417 kkal Lemak: 42,85g | Prot: 114,90g | Karb: 121,56g.   Makan Pagi: Strawberries, Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Banana. Sebelum Makan Siang: Dr. Pepper Diet Dr. Pepper (Bottle). Makan Siang: Almonds , Roasted Potato, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Setelah Makan Siang: Quaker Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted, Body Fortress 100% Premium Chocolate Whey Protein. Makan Malam: Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, Quaker Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted, Wellsley Farms Mexican Blend Finely Shredded Cheese, Barilla Angel Hair Pasta, Wellsley Farms Italian Style Meatballs, Jack Daniel's Whiskey. Setelah Makan Malam: Hard Candy, Robert Irvine's Fit Crunch - Chocolate Peanut Butter. lagi...
