Thank you guys! 😍 I make cakes for a living, so banana bread is one of the only ‘healthy’ ones I can actually eat without feeling guilty 😂 x

@StuAvis One thing that made a huge difference is owning a pair of kitchen scales and weighing your food! For example, 15g of honey is 65 calories, yet 100g is 300 calories. Mindlessly eating whatever size portions you want is what causes the weight gain. You can eat pretty much whatever you want in moderation 😊
