Another four pounds this week! I am a bit worried that the weight is coming off a bit too quick, but from everything I have read this is not out of the ordinary for folks in my weight range. Anyhow, feels good -- pants loose, hole in the belt I haven’t used in years, and a pretty good energy level. I read through kingkeld’s journal during the evenings this week and was really inspired. I will need to start my new exercise routine soon.
