It's Monday...did well eating all weekend...had a few too many craft beers Saturday night but did alot of dancing also which hopefully helped...feeling good and like I can do this! I'm figuring out how to balance so this is a lifestyle change and not a diet as I know I will have to eat this way to keep what I've lost off...have a great week everyone!
