I did not weigh in this morning. While I stayed within my calories, my daughter made us dinner last night and I had to eat some. I was worried about the sodium content. Did not want to be discouraged if the scale was up after trying so hard. By hard, I mean less than a week😂. But seriously, I always find the beginning very difficult as I adjust to the reduced calories and cutting out processed food. The withdrawal is real. Will weigh in tomorrow and hope to be down a little more. Drank tons of water today… and in case you are wondering … my daughter made nachos 😬… salt and yummy.. but I kept the portion very small. Hope everyone is doing well today!

Cutting out processed foods is huge and eating the nachos is ok because life happens and you kept the portion size small. The biggest thing is having a plan and the water will help get rid of some of those excess carbs!
