Went to nutritionist yesterday. Not a lot of change but she wants to increase my RDI and up my carb intake so I can continue to build and bulk. Measurements are as listed, weight, waist, thighs, resting biceps, and hips.

This is awesome and anxious to follow how you do! I took Creaine last summer into the fall. I knew I would gain some weight but I did not. I gradually started out with 1/4 of the recommended dosage and gradually went up to the full dosage. I could really see the difference in my shoulder and arm muscles and that is when I also got my PB on a 100# bench press which I wanted to get by my 60th birthday. I am not an expert by any means but from my research they recommond Micronized Creatine. I am sure the guys who lift all the tijme already said maybe what to use. I did go off it it for the winter as it did raise my creatine levels from my kidneys on my blood test.

Diana that makes sense now that you said she has multiple disciplines. I also worked with a nutritionist years ago but our conversations were more food specific. Keep up the good work and discipline!

I use the micronized creatine from bulksupplements.com the general consensus is use the cheap stuff because the expensesive stuff is mostly a gimmick and may actually be less effective

I use one from Legion called Recharge and I can just mix with water and it is a strawberry Lemonade flavor. It also has L-Carnitine in it that someone recommended I use to help with my sore muscles. I belong to a private FB group for woman over 50 lifting and I got a lot of good ideas from them and that is how I found out about this product. Price - I am not sure compared to other products so definetely worth checking out the other recommendations.
