Great start!!! Try and up water to 64+ oz it helps and hot water makes you feel full longer. Just a little tip that works for me. You don’t have that far to go and you will feel so much healthier🥰.

Trying so hard to get the water in… I am a diet soda junkie😬. I decided I would use soda as a treat instead of a mainstay ..thanks for the encouragement!
