Ha! I knew the scale was lying to me yesterday. 204! Woo Hoo!!! I really hate how much my weight can vary from day to day or hour to hour. Yesterday the scale said I was still 206, the day before that it said I was 210 in the morning and 207 in the evening! It's amazing how much one's body can change throughout the day.
92,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,8 kg.    Sisa: 20,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Don't put too much faith in that scale...your favorite jeans will tell you everything you need to know, and even a little exercise will put more muscle on you - and muscle weighs more than fat! And let's not talk about water weight fluctuations, shall we?

twahlhowe- I weigh myself a few times a week and use the average to find my weight. My jeans are currently pull ons I don't even have to unbutton or unzip to pull them on of off. And it is due to water retention that I have to do the averaging in order to find my semi accurate weight. I can fluctuate as much as 5 pounds in a day. I completely understand the physiology of my body. I also know that I can never go by the "Ideal weight" for someone of my height, age, and gender either, to do so would make me look tragically frail.

that is why I weigh at the same time and only weekly. I can take my blood pressure pill and lose 5 lbs overnight. That is fluid not real weight loss.
