Unfortunately due to starting a new job I picked up some bad eating habits that I am not proud of, and gained back a lot of the weight I lost. I think partially due to the fact that I’m not actually happy doing this job and sweet food makes me happier. Time to get back on that health grind! 💪🏻🥗🥩
Have meal prepped some healthy banana and oat muffins for breakfast (better than a cookie time and energy drink!!)
