Studies show impressive results from as little as a 10 minute walk after each meal…but I just like to do it because it makes me feel better. Especially on weekends like this where I’m most likely going to overindulge (multiple times) 😉

Yes when I had gestational diabetes my dietician recommended a short walk after every meal to help regulate my blood sugar. She also said if I ended up with a high number, going for a walk would help bring it down faster.
