It's Tuesday. Entering this before work. Feel unhealthy. Out of breath. Bloated. Not good. Absolutely no energy whatsover and constantly sleepy. I did this to myself. Need to snap out of it. Weight keeps going up and I feel horrible about myself. I'm only 55 and feel like 60. Joints hurt, knees hurt. So many dreams and possibilities. What am I doing to myself? Self destruction. Not good.

Understand this. I'm 58 & feeling so broken for what I have done to myself. All I have energy for is to sit in the recliner, hurts to walk across the room. This last year I have so totally let myself go! If I ever want to see a pretty yard and rose garden at my house again, I must get started now! Let's support each other in our endeavor.
