friday another challenge: climbing the only mountain in the netherlands: the cauberg (google: https://www.google.nl/maps/place/Cauberg,+6301+Valkenburg/@50.861061,5.823681,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x47c0eaaedc802969:0xc5e19b27e7c4af07) officially it is not even called a mountain but a hill (*lol*)
it is (only) 135m high, and the steepest part is (just) 12% climb.

the whole route is 77km while you go up and down the side of this hill and the surrounding smaller hill (the finish of the amstel gold cup) but i think i will cheat and cut a corner halfway, making the route about 40km. But i expect i be dead when i reach the summit anyways (*lol*)

well lets hope my body is ready and able by friday and the weather is dry!

L Rueda, im talking about cycling! And i know what it is like to have a lack of breath since i have astma, and only since two years have the right medication!

Awesome quote - I am doing things at the gym at age 60 that I could not do when I was much much younger - I started trying things and realized I WAS strong enough!

I think that I just need to move. I sit at a desk all day from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., get on the bus for another hour (sitting), and then get home to tired to do anything but fall asleep on the couch. I can't get the motivation to move. Need to do what they say in the commercials..."Just Do It"!!!
