So I figured out that for sure my scale at home is messed up. It gives me idea of weight being lost, but not correct weight. I have to add about 10 lbs to whatever my scale reads. So for awhile I'll just track another way. I can feel I'm building muscle tone and I feel so much better in a lot of my clothes. :)

I wore pants today that I couldn't even get done up when I first got them, they are a little loose on me now :) plus I wore a shirt that I haven't felt even close to comfortable wearing in over a year :) feeling great !
