So, i have not lost any wieght and im wondering why right. Then i decide to enter my spike day foods just to see if i went over, i was expecting like maybe 100 calories over whatever more like 3000 ridiculous man i can really eat and if i continue to push it that much on my spike days im lucky if i maintain. Spike days are great because you wait all week to enjoy something youve craved, but crossing the line the way i did this past weekend is not teaching me anything and ultimatley is not healthy for me. GOD please help me have some kind of control even on my spike day!
