back to square one! I've been lazy and not tracking what I've been eating and now my clothes are showing for it. I could pass for 5 months pregnant at this point in time which is not good since I'm most certainly not pg!
I'm an apple shape to a large extent so it's all pretty well distributed around my mid section but I noticed that my arms and thighs are thicker than they've ever been:( Time to get my butt out there and exercise!
