So I've totally gotten back on the workout bandwagon. I'm doing my P90X and walking/hiking every day that the weather allows me. Wrote down the body measurement information from my scale the other day.

Body Measurements
Body Fat: 17.6%
Hydration: 56.6%
Muscle: 43.0%
Bone: 14.7%
2813 kcal

Want to see how things look after each of the P90X phases. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

I'm actually a week into my second 90 days. P90X is awesome. It's difficult but it's made amazing differences in my body. I've never been in better shape. I also miss it when I don't do it. Good luck!

@arymartins - P90X is a workout program from beachbody where you do 90 days of exercise. It includes things like weight training, yoga and cardio. There is a P90X group on here that might give you more info on it or I'm sure searching on google will also give a wealth of information.
