Good idea getting in your exercises while bonding with your nieces. Walking or swimming is probably the best exercise for you right now since your knee is giving you some problems. I've switched my eating plan to a low-carb with weight watcher point system and it seems to have helped me break my plateau which lasted FOREVER. Still keeping my fingers crossed though. I like it because I can eat more fruits and veggies plus I'm keeping track of my calories too. I think on the straight Atkins plan I was eating too many calories even though I was staying on track.
