I'm back! Its been a couple/few years.
And I'm fatter than I've ever been in my life.
I've chosen low carb this time.
Although today's consumption was too little carb wise. This is mainly because I didn't have a proper lunch break and had to quickly shove 2 chicken legs down my throat before returning to work - I didn't have time to eat the salad I'd bought with it. Shithouse.

Hey check out on Google Ketogenic diet since you are trying low carb. The healthy fats keep you full and you are doing low carb. Might work for you this time - you never know.
