BG was ok. I'm still wobbly from releasing my cats. I took it really easy yesterday - cuddled a lot with Addie. I got up at 9 am am eating 1st meal now. I seem to want less bread-type foods, so thats good - except I have been eating sponge cake and strawberries for dessert the last couple of days - well, that will be done today, so I can start on the other fruits. I'm so chilled - to air out the apt - I've left windows open over 24 hours. But when I'm chilled (I have fibro) I have trouble doing much - pain levels get higher, muscles stiffer. The burrito also had rice in it- Not enough meat, and I pulled off most of the bread. Not worth the price since it is high carb. I have to prep ahead more meals for myself. If I save the fast carbs for desserts, I will get my count better, I think. Until I'm ready to not have any baked goods.
I will roast 2 chickens, then season the portions afterwards for a few recipes. I also have 3 lbs of ground chuck I can make meals with. I have so many days I don't feel well enough to cook, that I have to designate a day.
