It's so hard to consistently keep track of my calories now... I started off all, Gung Ho at every meal, but now it's gotten more tedious. Yet, I press on. Discipline, not motivation this week.

I dont let myself eat until I've tracked the calories first. and if I cheat I give myself a penalty. take away a fav food or treat. its hard when eating away from home.

I feel you I have tried starting to count my calories on here again this week but I find it is very time consuming & I get frustrated especially when I eat out as I haven't a clue how to record those calories I am just going to count when & what I can & not take it too seriously You know roughly what is good to eat & the amount & get daily activity in everyday you should see results👍
