Thanks to all of you who gave me support. As of this morning I am back down. Humidity must of got the best of me. Its just so frustrating to do what you do and it doesn't help! I will go to Curves today and work out. Thanks again.

You have to remember that even though you don't always "see" the results from you efforts right away, that doesn't mean things are happening in your body. I had a friend go down in inches but the scale didn't move for a while. She was down like 3 or 5 dress sizes. Other factors can cause water retention hiding our losses on the scale. Consistency is key because the scale will eventually catch up. So you just keep going and working your plan. It will happen and you are doing great.
