Can't work out in the gym just yet, but I am keeping active mowed our 1 acre lawn this morning. Took 3 hours total with having to do some weeding and picking up a few stray stones. Felt great, tho the humidity was intense. About 1 hour after finishing we had a good rain drenching. That made my day knowing the fresh cut grass got watered and it will cut down on the pollen. Well Day 3 is here and getting back to eating healthy is easy. When I started this back in January, eating healthy took time and getting use to. This time it's so easy and even my wife says "aren't you starving, your barely eating"...Listen I'm eating enough to sustain my body, I'm not gorging or over-eating. I'm eating just enough to satisfy my hunger...Ok enough of my ranting and daily dose...Time for my daily quote, this one I think everyone can relate too....GOD BLESS!!! HOOAH!!!

TY JMB, great to be back. I thought about you all as well. Missed my FS buddies :) ....TY wholefood & yeah, kinda makes you wonder if stressed & desserts go hand in hand now ;) ......Ty Bethlauren & yes as we go longer it gets easier :)

Great job! :) I had to cut way back to lose too! My metabolism is very slow, and I think that it holds onto every calorie that I eat, unless I am almost starving!grr! :) I pray you are very successful buddy! GBU~Ann :)
