So Thursday and Friday I suffered a little from mild food poisoning. I'm not exactly sure, but I had little to no appetite and let's just say I spent a lot of time in the restroom. Surprisingly the next day I was down 1.4 pounds. I wasn't happy because that meant I probably lost a lot of fluids. Well Friday was spent drinking tons of water and although my appetite wasn't really there, I still ate what I could. I weighed myself Saturday morning and was back to my Thursday weight. I wasn't disappointed to see the gain because I know it was all replenishment from lack of fluids. Luckily I didn't gain anything additional, so I was pretty happy about that. Today I kind of cheated and had cheese enchiladas. I plugged it into the diary and looks like I'm pretty much done for the day LOL. Although I haven't had much craving for dinner as of recent. Most of my hunger comes in the morning, which is a good thing, because I have a bad habit of eating late, which is probably a lot of the reason I am at the current that I am at. Anyway, I am still following my diet pretty well and honestly I don't know if the rate in which I'm losing weight is healthy or not? I don't feel unhealthy and I'm not starving, but if I make 3 more pounds lost by Monday, it will be 10 pounds lost in 14 days. IS that too rapid?????
