8:15 bg 91.I didn't eat anything after supper. Tried to go to sleep by 12 am. I think I need to take Trazodone earlier in the evening. Not sure when I got to sleep, but it was after 2:30 am, so maybe 5.5 hrs sleep. I have to work out a way to not nap during the day. I have lots of projects to do.
When I did get up I had severe cramp in my l outer calf.
Breakfast was late 9:30. Last night I researched diet for low thyroid - looks like gluten-free Paleo -so I have the shopping lists and meal plans for that already. It may not be "pure" paleo, but I think it will work well. I have a few foods to eat up over the next 3 weeks - going slow, so I'm doing 1 serving of the desserts I have here - I may still lose pounds.
