4:30 am - I'm still awake. I missed my meds and supplements at supper - I forgot to take them with me when I was out of the apt yesterday. 11:10 - woke u p 6.0 hrs of sleep - cats needed things done, so maybe not that much.
bg 88. Drs appt today 12:45, so I have to get on the stick.
Dr. is increasing the Trazodone to 50 mg hs. Blood glucose is tending to be within the normal range.
I've walked a lot today - I'm not sure I'm putting in all the activities I do. I got some organic gardening soil - I need to thin out and reset the vegetables tomorrow and Thursday.
I found out I only need to see the podiatrist 1or 2 times a year.so I can try doing my own toes - better than $45/mo.
