So, I had a little breakdown and cried a lot today. I have been very strict on the diet. Very. I have tried eating more, eating less, exercise.....seeming like everything. Not a pound lost. I am back to 200. Its sad. I am whining and feling sorry for myself. Boo hoo.

The scale will lie to you for the first few weeks, especially if you're working out when you haven't before. Your body thinks you are under stress so it holds onto the weight for a about a week. Most people on here recommend not even stepping on the scale for the first few weeks. Just stick with it and you will see results.
