Woke up to a loud ad - I played a new to me hypnosis video - I'm still tired. with 5 hours of sleep from 4:am. Looking back over the plate thing - I need to get my carb count down and the protein up quite a bit.
I really can't throw out food - so I will be more mindful of the portions until I can get onto a lower carb habit.
The measurements are % of RDI. and I'm thinking of the number of carbs each day - I don't know how to convert that so I can make sense of it.
Wow, I'm already at 25 net carbs at breakfast.
I finally saw the net amounts above the data. Until I've finished up the stuff I have here, I will try to keep total day's net carbs at or below 100g.
