I began new meds and checking glucose blood level this am.
I have my place to record all meds and supplements I take and have begunt he journal for the doctor.
Tomorrow will go easier. I thought I put only 1 hypnosis to help me stay motivated re wt loss from YouTube, but it rolled over to others so I took too long a nap.
I slept through lunch. I ate some jelly beans - I eat fewer than is indicated on the selections, but that's ok.
Supper was 9 pm.
